One thing that I have been really trying to focus on is to not take things for granted and enjoy all my moments. That was emphasized a couple of weeks ago for me.
I got the phone call that no one ever wants to get. My mom and dad were 5 minutes from being to their destination to see family out of state and they were in a very bad car accident. I am so thankful to say that they are still here and getting better everyday, but now we make them check in more than normal and we monitor them!!! My mom was pretty banged and bruised and my dad had to spend one night in the hospital. Remember to tell someone you love them today.
Now about the wine!!! The wine that I just tried I absolutely loved. I paired it with a spicy pasta. The wine has its own kick so the pairing was fantastic. I also tried it with a spicy dark chocolate which was also amazing. I recommend you give this one a try if you like food with a bit of a kick
The wine is One Hope California Zinfandel. I am actually excited to try this one again.
